Our client is seeking a Hotel Resident Manager to lead a thriving 500-room hotel in West Africa. The establishment boasts a highly profitable business model with expansive F&B operations, hosting exhibitions, corporate events, and government functions for up to 2000 guests. Additionally, it features multiple restaurants and bars.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination.**:
- **Manage and optimise larger F&B operations, including exhibitions and corporate functions.**:
- **Facilitate government functions for up to 2000 guests.**:
- **Collaborate closely with the General Manager to enhance overall guest experiences.**:
- **Lead and inspire a dedicated team of hospitality professionals.**:
- **Ensure the success of additional restaurants and bars within the hotel.**

**Position**: Hotel Resident Manager
**Requirements**:
International experience as an Executive Assistant Manager or Resident Manager.
Proven ability to coordinate complex operations in a large-scale hospitality setting.
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with the General Manager.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
**Salary**:$5500 per month
