Poste basé à Issy-les-Moulineaux. **Accroche**: Rejoignez le Pôle Prix et Affaires Économiques et pilotez la stratégie de prix ainsi que la régulation économique pour des innovations majeures Vous êtes passionné(e) par l’accès au marché, la négociation et l’analyse économique ? Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, en interaction avec des équipes locales et internationales? Ce poste de Manager Pricing and Economic Affairs est fait pour vous : devenez un(e) acteur(trice) clé de la performance et de l’accès aux innovations en santé. **Mission principale** Piloter la stratégie de prix d’une partie du portefeuille d’innovations, et piloter la régulation économique en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’accès au marché et affaires gouvernementales. **Responsabilités clés** - Piloter la stratégie prix pour une partie du portefeuille: - En amont des lancements pour définir la stratégie de prix pour atteindre les objectifs business - Préparer et mener les négociations de prix avec le CEPS - Au cours du cycle de vie des produits- Piloter la régulation financière: - Campagnes de baisse de prix - Clause de sauvegarde- Représenter le pôle dans les interactions avec les équipes Global/ESO, et porter les messages locaux. - Participer à des projets transverses : e.g. formations terrain **Interactions clés** - Internes : équipes Accès au Marché, Affaires gouvernementales et patients, Affaires Médicales, BU, Finance, Juridique, Global/Regional Pricing. - Externes : CEPS, consultants externes, associations professionnelles. **Profil souhaité**: - Formation supérieure en économie de la santé, pharmacie, sciences politiques ou école de commerce. - Expérience > 5 ans en pricing, accès au marché et affaires économiques. - Curiosité, rigueyr, capacité d’analyse, sens politique et esprit collaboratif. - Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais professionnel **Compétences requises**: - Formation supérieure en économie de la santé, pharmacie, sciences politiques ou école de commerce. - Expérience > 5 ans en pricing, accès au marché et affaires économiques. - Curiosité, rigueyr, capacité d’analyse, sens politique et esprit collaboratif. - Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais professionnel
