Our IS EMEA&LATAM Regions department, within bioMérieux's IT Department, is looking for an Information Systems Project Manager to join a team of 13 employees on a permanent contract, reporting to the Head of the IS Project Managers team.
**What will your role be?**
As part of bioMérieux's IS project manager team, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring alignment of project objectives with the organisation's strategy and success criteria,
- Establishing communication with all project stakeholders in international and multi-site contexts,
- implement risk and opportunity management,
- commit project teams to performance,
- share his/her experience and knowledge with the bioMérieux community of project managers,
- Manage all aspects of projects throughout the project life cycle in accordance with Group standards.
**Who are you?**
You will have solid project management experience in the field of information systems and demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Your adaptability and understanding of transformation and change management processes will be your strengths.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Higher education in Computer Science and/or Business School;
- At least 5 years' professional experience as an Information Systems project manager;
- Experience of managing multidisciplinary and multicultural functional or technical teams (internal/external resources and partners);
- You are recognised for:
- your multi-directional communication skills, your ability to communicate effectively up to and including the executive committee;
- your ability to meet project objectives by securing the needs and expectations of stakeholders, proposing alternatives and managing conflicts;
- your ability to manage change, uncertainty and ambiguity;
- your ability to create an effective and committed team;
- Fluent English and French.
