Process Performance is actively looking for its** Global MDM Program Director.**
**The challenges of the position**:
You will finalize the deployment of MDM customer project targeting Account & Contact uniqueness with an efficient Customer data Management.
You need to get a stronger sponsorship to position MDM as a company transversal stake to reach operational efficiency.
And make sure to plan other functional domains (MDM Suppliers, Employees,).
**What will be your missions ?**
**As MDM Program Manager**
- On MDM Products: deliver governances & processes to comply with bMx requirements about data quality mastering, seamless exchanges, make these data under control & compliant with regulation & both internal / external customers’ expectations
- On MDM Customers: define, organize, deliver, train & support governances & process to achieve project objectives and settle the run mode. Close collaboration with IS Program Management regarding solutions deliveries
- Drive the MDM roadmap: get sponsorship, plan & launch initiatives about other functional domains
**As Corp MDM team manager**
- Managing the team in charge of creation & update of master data processes for products & customers
**As BPO Master Data**
- Develop, support & promote a Master Data Culture
- MDM advocacy within the company initiatives & projects
**Who are you ?**
- Robust knowledge of MDM (SAP, TIBCO EBX is a plus)
- Leadership & capacity to influence
- Ability to work transversally with many kinds of actors
- Proven experience with team management
- Business requirements & constraints understanding
- Experience in project Management (technical & functional)
- Professional English
