As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Cipriani you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the dining facilities at our exclusive restaurant. You will ensure the highest standards of service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction while maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow. Your ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English, French, and Italian will be essential in providing personalized service to our diverse international clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining service standards, and procedures to ensure a consistent and exceptional dining experience for members and guests.
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs, including handling employee rotations, breaks, and shift changes.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising and managing the restaurant staff, including waitstaff, runners, and bartenders, ensuring proper training and performance.
- Maintain a guest-focused approach, addressing feedback and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in training and development initiatives for staff, including conducting training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a supervisory role in a fine dining restaurant or private club setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English, French, and Italian is essential.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service standards, sanitation practices, and POS systems.
- Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
