**About the job**
The PaaS (Platform as a Service) Product team is composed of Product managers that design, build and launch amazing products
**in collaboration with all other Squad members**: Engineering managers, Engineers, Product Designers, Product Marketing managers, User researchers and Product Marketing managers, among others.
Reporting to the Lead Product manager for Serverless products, you will be in charge of understanding the pains and needs of the
**Messaging product** users, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, as well as transforming them into actual value delivered to users.
You will be responsible for defining the Messaging product
**Vision** and
**strategy**, and for building the
**roadmap** to achieve it.
You will play a key part in developing the Scaleway Cloud ecosystem, and more particularly the
**Serveless ecosystem**, by identifying synergies between products and enabling a great experience for users that need to enable effective communications between multiple products.
**Messaging Specificities**:
They range from simple queue systems (AWS SQS, GCP Task Run, ZeroMQ) to more versatile messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pub/Sub)
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Ability to work as a team in a fast-growing company
- Ability to drive sharp client interviews
- Experience working in technical environments
- Eager to learn
- Very good command of English
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Knowledge of cloud services ecosystems (containers, serverless, messaging)
- Passionate about problem solving
- Experience on user research activities
- Ability to document your findings and to share them with other people
- Ability to lead a team composed of people from different backgrounds
**Location**
This position can be either:
- Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France)
- Partial/full remote is possible
- Flex Remote Internationally

**Salary Range**
41,000 - 67,000+ EUR per year
