**Compliance Manager France**
**Position Context**:
The Compliance Manager France will report and work closely with the Head of Compliance Europe.
The Compliance Manager France will be in contact and work with the following services: sales force, marketing, event management, finance, and clinical research.
**Missions of the position**:
The tasks of the Compliance Manager France will be organized around the following lines:
- Legal manager: in charge of drafting customer contracts (consulting, development, intellectual properties), as well as submitting to medical orders (IDAHE, EPS).
Management of contracts follow-up with customers and communication with internal stakeholders. Follow-up of customers fees payments.Management of the Need Assessment process for France every year.
- Transparency: will be in charge of the declaration of the Transparency twice per year.
The collection from the departments concerned of all the information to establish the declaration. (Marketing /Event, Finance).The performance of the declarations on the government website, to declare all the fees, conventions, advantages contracted with French HCPs over the last 6 months for CorinGroup.Checking monthly all the expenses of the employees in relation with French HCPs.Ensuring that all the employees respect the rules related to French HCPs relationships.
- In charge of following the evolution of regulations and good practices relevant to the company; and to ensure that any development is anticipated and managed by the company. Appropriate deviation analyzes, monitoring and regular updating of internal processes to be in compliance with French laws or internal group rules.
- Perform Compliance audits for Corin France and could support the Head of
Compliance Europe on audits of other European subsidiaries.
- Develop, adapt and put in place local regulations: Anti-Gift law, Transparency law, as well as the company's compliance policies, procedures, and practices.
Management of the Deviation Policy for Corin France and follow-up of the deviations.
- Develop training or communication materials to communicate on guidelines / company policies relating to key information or changes in terms of compliance.
Continuous training of field staff (sales force, marketing) on regulatory updates.
- Responsible for training, implementation and monitoring of GDPR regulations.
Follow-up of all GDPR aspect for the sales and implementation of Corin Technologies.Contact with customers’ DPO and internal partners (Corin DPO,Sales Force,Marketing )
- Monitor legal and compliance - be up to date with legal and regulatory developments in terms of compliance as well as directives from professional unions Snitem and
Medtech. Active and regular participation in training and seminars provided by SNITEM.

**Required Profile**:
- Higher education, or additional training in Business Law / Health Law (and
/ or equivalent experience / skills) **Similar experience in medical industry, including experience in health industry compliance.**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, curiosity, team spirit
- Autonomy, synthesis, rigor, and precision
- Essential ethics and integrity
- Analytical mind, strong decision-making ability; problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and transversely; ideally first experience within a matrix structure, in contact with multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent English (international working environment)
- Openness to travel, if necessary.
