We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager full of positive energy to join our new boutique in Paris As an Assistant Store Manager at My Jewelleryyou’re confident and assertive, you have a high level of responsibility and you’re an accessories and fashion-lover. You’ll support the Store Manager on a daily basis making sure all tasks are completed and you’ll act as cover in the absence of the store manager. You’re familiar with customer care and you always make sure to add that extra touch of service for our customers. You're the magic behind flawless store performance, always sparkling with proactive ideas to help My Jewellery shine and seize new opportunities. Together with the team you’ll make sure our customers leave the boutique with smiles on their faces

**Tasks**
- You are responsible for executing and partially coordinating all activities in the boutique;
- You support the Store Manager in all tasks and act as their cover in case of absence;
- You proactively contribute to brainstorming and developing opportunities for My Jewellery, taking initiative in customer engagement and handling complaints;
- You find out what the customer wants and do your best to make it happen
- You ensure excellent store performance and share responsibility for achieving the predetermined KPIs;
- You manage the inventory and respond to (local) marketing events;
- You’re compassionate, willing to listen to our customers’ wishes to provide them with exceptional service & make sure everyone leaves our boutique with a smile on their face
- You have 2-3 years of experience in a retail role with a high level of responsibility;
- You have at least an MBO (Intermediate Vocational Education) level of education;
- You’re willing to work evenings and weekends;
- You’re proactive, results driven and customer focused;
- You’re flexible and adaptable;
- You enjoy working with clear set-ups, structures and targets;
- You reside in or near Paris.
