Purpose of the job:

As a Designer, you will be responsible for creative output from ideation through design, amends and to the final product adhering to brand guidelines and always aiming to exceed our client’s expectations. You will join our Studio team working the Traffic Manager, Account Managers and wider Creative network as well as direct with our clients to ensure creative solutions are delivered to high standards at all times.

Working on a wide range of projects you will be comfortable managing multiple projects at once and work with the Traffic Manager prioritising your workload.

You will have the experience in both digital and print production and an appetite to develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow the studio’s traffic management process to ensure best in class results are achieved.
- Responsible for complete development of specific projects, from concept, through design, to creating media-ready artwork mainly across print and digital platforms.
- Develop creative solutions to meet the client’s needs, in line with their overall marketing strategy, working with HH account teams and client marketing teams.
- Aware of on-going basis of design trends, undertaking appropriate research when required, thus ensuring HH client’s creative is innovative and appropriate for their regional audience.
- Lead by example and share your knowledge and best practice experience with the wider design team.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience:

- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma/Sketch, PowerPoint and Word.
- After effects/Premiere Pro/Blender experience is desirable
- Proven track record of creative design across multiple channels.
- Excellent creative and technical skills in digital design and print, strong attention to detail essential.
- Experienced in proofing text and can go beyond spell-check.
- Easy-going, able to multi-task, deal with multiple rounds of: edits, amends, scrapping things and starting over.
- Flexible and can adapt to quickly changing priorities and tasks.
- Open to constructive criticism and can maintain a great attitude under pressure.
- Able to quickly pick-up a client’s brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency while creating innovative and strategic designs.
- Highly organised with an internal drive to continuously improve and learn new skills.
- Ability to excel within fast paced, high energy environments.
