JUNIOR FRAGRANCE MANAGER

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT / JUNIOR FRAGRANCE MANAGER - OLFACTORY STUDIO
We’re looking for a Junior Fragrance Manager to join our Olfactory Studio team. This is a short-term contract for a maternity leave replacement that will see you helping the team develop winning fragrances for all Coty Luxury brands and bringing bold ideas to life. Reporting to a Fragrance Design Director, you will get to work across many different categories, develop fragrances in different olfactory registers for specific targets and countries, driving brand DNA and success on the market.

THE ROLE

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the development of fragrances for the brands you are in charge, ensuring brands olfactory signatures and meeting the objectives of needed performance
- Ensuring the follow-up of briefs, projects, timing and claims
- Updating the internal fragrances database and genealogy
- Ensuring market analysis, benchmarks/trends/launches follow-up and presentation
- Vouching for the olfactory quality all process long
- Collaborating on prospective development and innovation

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

**Essential**:

- Experience developing fragrances for Fine Fragrance market
- Working closely with Marketing teams, labs, CMI, procurement to align on strategy and ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Responding effectively to multiple demands, showing reactivity and adaptability
- Passionate, constructive, positive and team spirit
- Soft skills to rely on, ensuring consistency, inclusive, collaborating and problem solving spirit
