Proclinical are recruiting an Analytical Scientist for a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Montpellier.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will document the strategy development or validation work in protocols, development, validation reports and transfer reports.
- Author the analytical target profile of physico-chemical strategies for each mission.
- Responsible for assisting with the transfer of test strategies to internal and external end users.
- Conduct literature survey to outline design space of the strategy development.
- Evaluate testing regulatory stability studies and QC testing both internally and externally.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Educated to a Masters degree level in a chemistry or any pertinent discipline with at least 2 years of experience in an analytical division experimenting on one of the following: Particle Size Determination by Laser diffraction or Optical Microscopy, Dynamic Light Scattering, Particulate Matter.
- Familiarity with using Morphologi, Mastersizer3000, PharmSpec software would be beneficial.
- Acquaintance working within a pharmaceutical organisation under GMP/GLP would be advantageous.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Able to resolve issues.
