We are looking for a

**Construction Manager (M/F/d) for fiber optic projects for our location all over Germany**

**This is what you will definitely expect from us**:

- Technical and commercial responsibility for the construction project
- Creation of site-related reports and documentation
- Implementation of work processes on the construction site, regular site visits
- Commissioning, coordination, monitoring and billing of subcontracting services
- Project tracking, such as reporting, control, deadline tracking
- Leadership and motivation of employees

**You should bring this with you in order to be able to cope with the tasks with us**:

- Completed training as a skilled worker in constrction or completed studies in construction, engineering, electrical engineering or similar
- Professional experience in the areas of FTTx, FTTh, cable and underground engineering is desirable, but not required (we would be happy to train you)
- Good Knowledge in German and English - at least level B1
- willingness to travel
- Ability to lead and motivate people
- Communication and teamwork skills as well as assertiveness
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Resilience and willingness to travel
- Class B driving license
