We are on the lookout for an experienced Finance Director to oversee our operations in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg (FBL). Based in Trappes, France, and reporting to the EVP, Finance, Europe, this critical role is pivotal in steering KONE’s financial strategy and ensuring operational success across these key markets. We seek a leader with extensive financial management expertise within multinational corporations, demonstrating thorough knowledge of financial systems, processes, regulatory compliance, and a strong background in auditing.
Role Overview:
As the Finance Director for FBL at KONE, you will play a key role in aligning our financial strategies with the company’s overarching goals, promoting sustainable growth and operational excellence. You will lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts, providing strategic insights that support informed decision-making and contribute to the financial health of the region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Champion strategic financial planning and execution to support KONE’s objectives in the FBL region.- Oversee the finance function, ensuring that financial practices are consistent with our global standards and contribute to our long-term objectives.- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, enhancing financial accuracy and business agility.- Prepare and communicate comprehensive financial reports and insights to senior management, facilitating strategic decisions.- Ensure compliance with both local and international financial regulations, as well as adherence to KONE’s internal policies.- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with senior leaders across functions to ensure financial strategies are fully integrated with the overall business plans.
**Requirements**:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles within large, international corporations, including a strong background in auditing.- Proven analytical, strategic, and leadership skills, with a track record of guiding teams to achieve business objectives.- Excellent communication abilities, fluency in English and French, and the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.- Demonstrated experience in enhancing financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
