**Job Purpose**
- Responsible for the insurance ledger, credit control and reporting of our international pool accounts.
- Policy processing and administration of Pro+ (international) business in cooperation with our Operations team.
- Provision of analytical support to local management team and ad hoc projects.

**Responsibilities**

The key areas of expertise would entail:

- Accounting/Finance_

1. Manage day-to-day pool accounting tasks such as collection of premium and lead fees, subsequent cash posting and matching as well as monthly brokerage settlements, when required.

2. Monitor premium reconciliation of written to closed entries and respective Credit Control reporting.

3. Ensure quarterly pool member reporting in respect of insurance premium tax and stamp duty filings.

4. Liaise with underwriting and claims teams to process monthly and quarterly bordereaux of lead insurers and/or brokers.

5. Assist in the upgrade and implementation of appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards and procedures.

6. Oversee policy and endorsement processing as well as handle all relevant administration of Pro+ (international) and similar business.

7. Ensure contract certainty, rate level monitoring and as well as compliance with group-wide quality standards.

8. Correspond with brokers and other third parties in English, French and preferably German.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in finance and/or accounting department of an insurance company, preferably within the domain of aerospace.
- Strong understanding of core financial concepts, financial planning and analysis.
- Solid knowledge of applied accounting software (Nexus, Merlin, Great Plains, SAGE, OnBase, Lucca/Timmy).
- Professional written and oral communications skills in French as well as English (at least level B2). The command of any other spoken foreign language (i.e. German) will be a significant asset for the team.
