Job Description*
How about you** **?*
Under the responsibility of the Product Lead within the diversification/innovation team, as Product Manager you will be responsible for managing the project from a product and strategy point of view.
**What you will do**:

- Leading User Research and Discovery
- Framing upcoming features with Design, Product*, Engineering teams
- Organizing sizing workshop to anticipate roadmap vision
- Managing main app dependencies, and deezer Core teams
- Prioritizing Roadmap, its vision, movements and milestones
- Aligning with Engineering & Design team regarding Product priorities
- Ensuring Product governance over priorities
- Working closely with Business & Data team by following KPIs for next Product iterations
- Reporting to Lead Product and VP Diversification*
- Working with other Diversification Product Managers to synchronize roadmaps & manage dependencies
- Participating in recruitment for Product team
- Supporting PMM vision and synchronizing with Business team

Qualifications*
What we are looking for: *
- Ideally 5 to 6 years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - and deeply proud of what you've accomplished
- Abilities in coaching, empowering, and growing product people. You invest in mentoring colleagues beyond your direct reports.
- High collaborative skilss and ability to quickly produce simple solutions to meet a set of different objectives.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and French) with proven ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction to different stakeholders

**Bonus points**:

- Knowledge of the music Industry / passion for music
- Experience abroad / working with international teams
