Watchfinder vous propose un véritable challenge

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) conseiller(e) de vente (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe pour une durée determinée de 6 mois minimum au sein de notre espace corner situé au Printemps Haussmann - Homme - RDC.

En tant qu’ambassadeur, vous saurez proposer un excellent service client tout en ayant l’esprit d’entreprise et en réalisant les objectifs de vente. La construction d’une relation de confiance avec vos clients sera pour vous primordial.

Il s’agit d’un environnement en évolution constant, qui se développe rapidement, une sensibilité aux détails est essentielle. Vous êtes également autonome avec une attitude positive.

- Vous rejoindrez une nouvelle aventure à Paris, dans un secteur en pleine croissance, qui vous permettra de rencontrer et d’accueillir de nouveaux clients tout en participant au développement du corner.
- Vous intégrerez une équipe jeune, dynamique et polyvalente.

**Vos missions seront**:

- La bonne tenue du corner afin de recevoir les clients dans les meilleures conditions
- La prise et la gestion de rendez-vous sur notre back-office
- L’achat et la négociation de montre avec une possibilité d’échange afin d’obtenir un accord avec la meilleure marge possible.
- Accueillir les clients qui viennent voir les montres tout en leur offrant une excellente expérience.
- Gérer le processus de vente du début à la fin : contact, rendez-vous, transformation et après-vente.
- Comprendre la procédure de stockage interne afin de pouvoir suivre l’inventaire quotidien et mensuel.
- Traiter les demandes « en cours » après paiement et assurer le suivie après-vente du client.
- Organiser les transferts inter-boutique / siege social UK

**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez déjà une expérience avec les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI’s)
- Vous possédez une forte capacité de négociation (vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans l’échange de biens)
- Vous êtes motivé et orienté sur les résultats
- Autonome, vous avez le sens de l'organisation et des priorités.
- Vous avez confiance en vous et possédez de fortes compétences de communication
- Vous parlez un chinois courant
