**What you'll do**

SAP Experience Centers are global, connected innovation spaces offering exclusive access to SAP’s full solution portfolio where our visitors - customers, partners can experience the future of technology and business transformation firsthand.

Within the Global Experience Center Delivery team, overseeing SAP Experience Centers across the world (Walldorf, Paris, Munich, Berlin, Zurich, Dubai, Singapore, Tokyo, NYC,), you will be in charge of the management of reporting of those center’s activities and wider tasks.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Coordinate with the experience center leads on their activity reporting
- Be responsible to collect all data monthly and quarterly from different systems (Visit Booking system, CRM, centers,)
- Analyze the data, strategically providing insight and interpretation of those data.
- Produce ad-hoc regular presentation of reporting for management and executives.
- Support the establishment of a reporting framework within our organization.
- Help with global initiatives through the experience centers
- Participate in the life of the SAP Experience Center Paris where you will be able to see, touch and experiment SAP latest innovations.
- Support as needed local engagements and events at the SAP Experience Center Paris, including creation of digital assets and broadcasting support.

**What you bring**

You possess the following skills:

- Organized and rigorous
- Excel is your best friend, pivot table and lookup functions don’t scare you
- Good communication skills, able to engage with our stakeholders (Center Leads, Management, Executives)
- A technical understanding of reporting tools
- Creative with experience in graphic design or video productio
- An ability to speak French and English fluently
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fancy working in a cool team and organization

Ideally you have studied in marketing, business administration or related courses.
You bring 2 to 3 years of business experience (work-study program included).

While you will be based in Paris, among the SAP Experience Center Paris team, you will be part of our wider Experience Center Delivery organization, overlooking all SAP Experience Center globally.

Our team shares concrete use cases, customer examples, demonstrations of impactful innovations as well as a view of our startup and partner ecosystem. It is also there to support our visitors in their limitless reflection on new scenarios, differentiating use cases
