The Circularity & Eco Design Lead role is for YOU

**Mains activities**:
Within the Brand department, in the Sustainability team, you will:

- Build & lead Salomon circular & sustainable innovation strategy, roadmap & principles in collaboration with the BUs (Business Units)
- Operationally pilot & support BUs on circular innovations across the company
- Be the internal evangelist on circularity, sustainable innovation & circularity: bring transversal expertise on circularity & eco-design, elevate internal culture and support cross-fertilization within Salomon’s business units (designers, innovation managers, R&D teams, etc.)
- Connect with and represent Salomon in innovative sustainable ecosystems, consortiums, international organizations, grant platforms(e.g. industry peers, consortiums, ERP eco-organisms, LSF Center for Sustainable Fashion, LIFE European program, Ellen Mc Arthur foundation )
- Ad-hoc participation to the other transversal projects of the sustainability program
