In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience and employer brand, notably by translating our core values - Integrity, Curiosity, Collaboration, Client First and Entrepreneurial Spirit - into impactful actions. This role demands close collaboration with Ipsos Marketing & Communications’ network to address global and local needs. You will report to the Chief Communications Officer and manage an Internal Communications Specialist. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Leadership**: - Develop and implement a comprehensive global internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and values.- - Ensure unified and consistent communication across all levels of the organization- - Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in internal communications to continuously innovate and improve our approach.**Employer Branding & Engagement**: - Partner with Human Resources to strengthen our employer brand and cultivate a positive, engaging and inclusive work environment.- - Develop and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, two-way communication, and a sense of belonging across the organization.**Content Creation, Channel Management and Events**- Play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events, including webinars and large-scale events like annual conventions.- - Manage the company's internal communications platforms (Intranet, Viva Engage ), ensuring they are user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively serve the needs of our global workforce.**Measurement & Reporting**: - Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and demonstrate their impact on employee awareness and engagement. **Profil recherché**: **Qualifications**: - 10+ years of proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role, preferably within a global organization.- - Fluent in English- - High written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences and to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization- - Strong strategic thinking and creativity abilities, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communications strategies.- - Experience in managing internal communications platforms- - Solid understanding of employer branding principles and best practices.- - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.**Informations complémentaires**: - Type de contrat **:CDI**: - Lieu **:Paris**: - Niveau d'études **:Bac +5 / Master**: - Expérience **:> 10 ans**: - **Télétravail partiel possible
