**Part-Time HR Business Partner (French Employment Law Expertise)**
**Location**: Remote (Anywhere) with travel to Paris 2-3 times per month
**Contract**: 4-6 months (FTC or Daily Rate), Potential for Extension
**Hours**: 2-3 days per week

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with strong expertise in French employment law to join an established energy company. This part-time role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere, with the requirement to travel to Paris 2-3 times per month.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing HR support across the business, covering approximately 100 employees.
- Offering expert advice on French employment law, ensuring compliance and best practice.
- Managing employee relations, performance management, and other core HR processes.
- Working closely with leadership to support people strategies across the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
- In-depth knowledge of French employment law.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Sector background is flexible.
- Initial duration of 4-6 months, with potential for extension (not guaranteed).
