Service Market Logistics, part of Volvo Group Trucks Operations, serves all brands and business areas by managing and optimizing service parts availability and distribution to secure customer uptime. Through our operations, we provide world class service focusing on delivery precision, quality, continuous improvement, cost efficiency and synergies delivering value all the way to our customers. Our organization, Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) is a global team of approx. 115 people belonging to SML. We plan the service market supply networks all the way to the dealers’ inventory.
What we do has a direct impact on the satisfaction of Volvo Group customers. We are in an exciting transformation phase introducing new technologies to improve our performance
We are seeking a new Excellence Expert. In the areas of Supply Planning and Backorder Recovery you will:

- Perform benchmarks, formulate strategies and global road maps
- Establish best practices, KPIs and global policies
- Drive process development in exploratory, agile or project mode
- Drive development of our new digital platforms for Supply Planning and Backorder Recovery as DevOps team lead / Scrum master
- Collaborate and network across the SML organization and within the Volvo Group
- Be a go to person and really understand the planning processes to support our operations
- Network with academia and other external companies for a deep visionary understanding of our future processes, roles and competences

**Who are you?**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inclusive profile who enjoys working in an international environment. We believe that you have leadership skills and networking capability with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional, cross-business teams on various levels. The role requires solid communication skills and an open mindset and a continuous drive to improve. You have high business knowledge in the Service market logistics, as well as good knowledge about agile continuous improvement methods and exploration mode development. We also believe you have experience of analytics and/or software development in a cloud environment.
