As a **Growth Hacker** you wil be responsible to enhance business growth potential by experimenting with different marketing tactics, website decisions and other tasks to quickly convert leads and generate sale. Your focus will be on analyzing website performance, goals, experimenting with strategies, testing outcomes, and implementing solutions. A/B testing is essential in this role, focusing on the most conversion-heavy area of the Allurion website.You will be reporting to the Head of Digital Platform and be an integral part of the Digital Marketing Team.

**As a Growth Hacker, your responsibilities include**:

- Researching and understanding Allurion’s long-term goals
- Identifying issues that are slowing growth
- Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals
- Identifying digital growth opportunities
- Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business
- Implementing projects to achieve growth goals
- Using data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies
- Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders
- Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets

**What we are looking for in you**:

- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role
- A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.
- Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing
- Skilled at web optimization
- Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset
- Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change
- Experience in working in an international work environment
- Experience in working across multiple markets
- Local and International Travel Required
- Legal to work in France
- Should be able to work on site 2 days a week
- High proficiency in English
