Demand Generation Executive / Growth Hacker
 to join our Paris HQ and help shape the future of gaming advertising.

Join the company at an early stage, work with seasoned entrepreneurs to scale up the business and further shape your career, shape our culture and ensure we deliver excellence to all our partners.

As a Demand Generation Executive, your goal is simple: Help us identify and connect with any brand that should be advertising in video games—but aren't yet. You'll support the Sales and Marketing teams with outbound campaigns, lead research, and market discovery efforts. If you're analytical, organized, and ready to learn fast—we want you in the squad.

What you'll do:

●      
Lead Generation & Outreach:

○      Assist in researching, identifying, and generating leads for cold outreach campaigns, primarily focusing on 
B2C brands
.

○      Implement and use tools like 


Lusha

Kaspr
 and 
LinkedIn
 to find decision-makers and gather contact information.

○      Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify target brands for outreach based on specified criteria (e.g., industry, company size, geographical location).

○      Design, launch and optimize email sequences for cold outreach using tools like 
Lemlist
.

○      Monitor outbound campaigns and assist in the creation of performance reports.

Content & Personalization:

○      Assist in creating personalized and compelling content that resonates with our Ideal Customer Profile.

○      Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine and A/B test our content strategies,

●      
Market Research:

○      Analyse how advertisers' media investments evolve, and identify strategic verticals and sweat spots for Gadsme

○      Conduct research on potential markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities for in-game advertising.

○      Monitor trends in the digital advertising and gaming industries to keep GADSME's outreach strategies relevant.

What you'll learn:

●      Test and implement the best marketing automation tools available to build Gadsme's outbound and inbound machine

●      Take a first step into the world of Media, Advertising, and In-Game Advertising - the fastest growing and the most exciting media channel to be included in marketing budgets.

●      Understand the mechanics behind the gaming industry (video games monetization and advertising). No need to be a hardcore gamer, just be curious and enjoy

●      Work with both Marketing and Sales teams in their Go-To-Market strategy to ensure Gadsme becomes the next Rocketship in the advertising space.

You're a Fit If You…

●      Are graduated in
Business, Marketing, or related field,

●      Have previous experience in Demand Generation, outbound Marketing or Growth Hacking

●      

Know basics of outbound and digital tools

●      

Speak fluent English and native or fluent French – 
Both languages mandatory

●      Understand LinkedIn and social selling techniques and curious about sales automation

●      Write clearly and think critically—especially when it comes to reaching people

●      Are proactive, independent, and excited about fast-paced learning

Ideally you also have:

●      Familiarity with Lead Generation tools like 
Lemlist, , Kaspr, or Lusha

●      Previous experience in 
cold outreach, copywriting
, or 
growth marketing

●      Passion for 
gaming
