**Role**: Mid Community Manager
**Location**:Paris, France ( Client office - 3 days a week office)
**ROLE MISSION**
Working in partnership with the client, the Mid Community Manager will work hand in hand with key internal stakeholders to gather content and deliver best strategy for social media: digital engagement, content creation, advocacy, portfolio, internal studio, market activation teams and affiliates

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
1. Community Management:
- Interaction with the community/Engaging with other users
- Explore potential opportunities for the brand on different platforms: Through Hashtags/mentions/Following people interested in the brand
- Respond to DM: Answering questions within 24hr
2. Content posting:
A. Editorial calendar for Our Client + Brand Home:
- Planning creation for at least the 3 months to come - Leveraging assets being produced or leveraging exciting content
- Caption copywriting (English only)
- Calendar update based on last minute change
B. Always on content management: Creating engaging tweet and stories/ UGC moderation.
C. Punctual help on Indigo IG: From April to September to post: Feed + Stories.
D. Content creation: Capturing content on field: covering activations, events, especially with Influence manager and PR & Event Manager
3. Strategy:
- Regular inputs on the content strategy to ensure that social needs are covered throughout the digital journey
- Campaign sequencing (E.g.: Product launch event/Collaborations/AI/Davido, etc.)
- SoMe crisis communication management
4. Reporting:
- Monthly performance reporting: Our Client + Indigo (in collaboration with the Media Buying Manager): Platform overview, best performing posts, key learnings)
- Fuel a social content group with new social trends/formats with the digital team on weekly basis, together with the studio too.
- Social Media listening on Brand Watch reporting to add to the quarterly media strategy: E.g: Word cloud, mention, associated content, mention frequency, etc.
- Monthly reports with Radarly and 3 times per year with Linkfluence and the CI Manager
**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**
- 5+ years' experience of managing social platforms and leading the social content strategy and content production
- SoMe strategic vision and understanding of global SoMe strategies being a combination of Owned and Earned content from influencers and UGC
- Digital expert (formats, data: reach and engagement etc, tech savvy: basic algorithm understanding, boosting, paid media mechanics, SEO)
- Trends spotter / Gen Z expert
- Native English speaker
- Super quick learner, really proactive, project management skills, work in autonomy
- Luxury background is a plus
- Audacious, collaborative, open-minded is a must for this role as our client needs to digitize the brand in the most trendy and luxury way.
- Oral presentation shills
- The ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritizing, planning ahead and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time.
