We are seeking a talented and passionate Community Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in community building, experience in the gaming industry, and a desire to interact directly with our community, we want to hear from you.

As a Community Manager at Life Beyond Studio, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our community while driving growth and fostering engagement. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Directly manage and create compelling social programming with the intent to foster growth, while engaging with our audience daily.

Moderating community discussions and maintaining a positive and inclusive environment within the game and other communication channels.

Gather and facilitate actionable community feedback that can be incorporated into the product development process. This includes community playtest and focus group sessions.

Develop and lead campaigns with creators and influencers on behalf of the community and marketing organization.

Monitoring and analyzing community sentiment, engagement metrics, and trends to inform decision-making.

Representing Life Beyond Studio at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and building connections within the gaming community.

**Preferred profile:
Fluent English (spoken/written), another language is a big plus

3-5 years of experience in community building, preferably within the gaming industry.

Experience working with PC and mobile games is a plus.

Familiarity with blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency, and web3 preferred

Comfortable with on-camera appearances and creating video content.

Demonstrated interest or experience in social media and content creation.

Experience in planning and organizing at community events

Strong understanding of community management best practices and moderation techniques.

Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on marketing strategies to engage and retain a community.

Familiarity with MMO games and moderation experience in that context is a plus.

Ability to work full-time and be available during Europe Time Zone or US hours.
