Nous sommes une entreprise spécialisée dans la vente de produits cosmétiques depuis 14 ans. Nous recherchons un Content Manager (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que Content Manager vous serez en charge de soutenir nos efforts de communication et de marketing digital à travers nos différents canaux de communication.

Missions:

- Community Management (alimenter nos différents réseaux sociaux, animation de la communauté)
- Piloter et déployer une stratégie de contenus
- Veille concurrentielle et analyse des tendances du marché
- Rédaction d’articles Web
- Suivi des KPI’s
- Élaboration du plan marketing
- Élaboration du plan de communication ( France & Outre mer )
- Gestion des campagnes de marketing d’influence et UGC ( création de brief, budgétisations, recherche de profils )
- SEO référencement naturel

Outils à maîtriser:

- Canva
- Figma
- Capcut
- Brevo
- Google ADS

Profil recherché:

- Autonome, organisé
- Expérience préalable dans le domaine du marketing digital et ou de la communication
- Connaissance du référencement naturel (SEO) et payant (SEA)
- Compréhension des principes de la publicité en ligne et du commerce en ligne
- Compétences en développement web (HTML / CSS) appréciées
- Maîtrise des médias de communication
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément

Niveau bac +3 ou bac +5 dans le domaine du marketing digital, de la communication

Vous êtes passionné(e) par la rédaction, le marketing et la communication et vous souhaitez contribuer activement au développement d'une marque, nous serions ravis de vous rencontrer.
