**DESCRIPTION**:
**L’activité de cette prestation se portera sur**:
**Vos activités offshores de suivi du personnel sur barges**:

- **Coordonner les mobilisations et démobilisations du personnel offshore, (vous réservez les vols, trains, voitures, hôtelssur Notilus, vous coordonnez les réservations faites pour les crew changes par Cisalpina),**:

- **Suivre les rotations via le tableau de suivi par bateau et crew changes,**:

- **Obtenir les visas et documents requis pour l’arrivée à destination,**:

- **Suivre et renouveler les visites médicales,**:

- **Suivre et renouveler les certificats offshore et marins (Bosiet/Foet, Seaman book, Bahamas endorsements )**:

- **Suivre et renouveler les avenants d’expatriation,**:

- **Rédiger les avenants « Seafarer Employment Agreement » (MLC 2006),**:

- **Saisir des informations pour le Comex mensuel : tableau offshore, tableau comex, fichier des éléments variables**:

- **Mettre à jour des tableaux de suivi : base expatriés, personnel offshore, prolongations / démobs**:

- **Suivre et transmettre des informations liées aux changements de statut des barges, (suivi des conditions de rémunération)**:

- **Saisir des informations dans SmartRH**:
***COMPETENCES EXIGEES**:
**Pour la réalisation de la présente prestation, le Titulaire devra apporter les compétences décrites ci-dessous**:

- **Issu(e) d’une formation de type BTS.**:

- **5 ans d’expérience minimum sur projets avec gestion de voyages et mobilisation de personnel à l’étranger.**:

- **La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.**:
