As part of their international expansion, our client is looking for a talented, motivated and proven Mid-Level Export Sales Manager. With over 20 years of history, this company is a pioneer in the innovation of healthy and environmentally friendly products and aims to become Europe's number 1 contract manufacturer of solid cosmetics. **Role**: - Penetration strategy and business development in international markets, including identifying growth opportunities. - Strengthen commercial relationships with international cosmetics brands - Work closely with internal teams to understand specific customer needs and translate these needs into clear briefs for the project team. - Participate in international events to increase the company's presence in the market. **Ideal profile**: - An international business graduate with 3 to 5 years' experience in the cosmetics industry, preferably in subcontracting. - Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English, with proficiency in additional languages being highly valued - Negotiating skills, initiative, leadership and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. **Commitment**: - It is essential for the applicant to reside in proximity to an international airport, with a preference for those located within the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) region." **Offer**: - Competitive salary +/- €50k with a 10% target bonus. - Full benefits including profit sharing, family insurance, additional pension after one year and others. - National and international business travel. - Position with the possibility of teleworking
