Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) est un service B2B payant qui accompagne les marques dans leur développement stratégique sur Amazon. En tant que Senior Brand Specialist, vous piloterez la croissance des axes stratégiques d’AVS en collaboration avec nos équipes partenaires clés. Vous exploiterez des analyses de données avancées pour formuler des recommandations stratégiques et concrètes visant à optimiser les ventes et la rentabilité. Votre mission englobera la gestion complète du cycle de vie des produits, du lancement à l'optimisation de leur visibilité, tout en garantissant une sélection pertinente. Vous serez garant(e) de l'excellence de la chaîne d'approvisionnement à travers l'optimisation des stocks, la réduction des coûts opérationnels et l'amélioration des processus logistiques. En étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs, vous élaborerez des stratégies marketing et publicitaires pour générer du trafic et renforcer la visibilité des marques. Vous serez également chargé(e) du déploiement d'actions promotionnelles stratégiques et de l'optimisation du contenu pour améliorer les taux de conversion des pages produits.
Missions principales:
- Définir et piloter la stratégie de croissance d'un portefeuille de comptes fournisseurs complexes, en générant des résultats pérennes grâce à l'excellence opérationnelle et à la planification stratégique
- Mener des initiatives transverses et collaborer avec les équipes internes pour optimiser l'expérience client et atteindre les objectifs commerciaux
- Analyser les performances commerciales, identifier les tendances et élaborer des recommandations basées sur les données pour optimiser la performance des fournisseurs
- Promouvoir l'adoption des programmes et outils Amazon auprès des fournisseurs pour maximiser les opportunités de croissance commune
- Développer et entretenir des relations de haut niveau avec les décideurs côté fournisseurs
Qualifications requises:
- Diplôme de Bachelor/Master ou équivalent
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en retail, e-commerce, gestion de comptes ou domaine similaire
- Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral (niveau C1 minimum)
- Solide expérience dans le développement commercial via la gestion de partenaires et le déploiement de programmes
- Maîtrise de l'analyse de données et de l'optimisation des performances
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets transverses et le déploiement d'initiatives stratégiques
- Maîtrise avancée d'Excel
Qualifications souhaitées:
- Expérience dans le développement des collaborateurs juniors via le mentorat et le partage de connaissances
- Capacité à exercer une influence positive sans lien hiérarchique
- Connaissances de base en SQL

You will leverage advanced data analytics to provide actionable business advice and recommendations to optimize sales and profitability. Your role includes managing product lifecycle, from new product launches to improving product discoverability, ensuring a relevant selection. You will be responsible for driving supply-chain excellence by optimizing inventory management, reducing operational costs, and optimizing delivery processes. Working closely with vendors, you will develop marketing and advertising strategies to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility. Additionally, you will be responsible of implementing strategic promotional activities and optimizing content to improve conversion rates across product detail pages.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive the growth strategy for a portfolio of complex vendor accounts, delivering sustainable results through operational excellence and strategic planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and drive business results
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize vendor performance
- Drive vendor adoption of Amazon programs and tools to maximize mutual growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior vendor stakeholders
