**About the Job**
Join Excelya as a **Documents Qualités (SOP) et Archivage Specialist**, where you will play a key role in ensuring our quality management systems are effective and compliant. In this position, you'll be responsible for the creation, updating, and control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as archiving practices, to support the smooth operation of our clinical research projects.
Your contributions will help maintain the highest standards in documentation and compliance, enabling us to advance healthcare solutions with confidence. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in our quality documentation processes.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Create, review, and update SOPs in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all relevant quality documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SOPs are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Conduct periodic reviews of SOPs and related documents to keep them current and compliant.
- Maintain an organized filing system to facilitate easy retrieval of quality documents.
- Provide training and support to staff on SOPs and document management practices.
**Requirements**:
**About You**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about quality management and documentation.
**Experience**:Solid experience in quality documentation within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry, including the creation and management of SOPs. Familiar with quality management systems, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Experienced in document control, archiving, and record-keeping processes.
**Skills**:Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in document management software and MS Office. Demonstrates a proactive approach to time and priority management.
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred.
**Languages**:Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
