Finary is a hybrid remote company. Our talented team is currently based in France and across Europe. Our office is located in the heart of Paris, and we organize on-site every 6 weeks.

**About the role**

At Finary, you will be at the forefront of building scalable, reliable, and secure products that transform our users’ financial management experience. You’ll lead and grow a high-performing engineering team (10+ members) by:

- ** Driving technical excellence**: Overseeing on-time, high-quality delivery of projects that balance business needs with engineering quality, all while maintaining strong principles around scalability, security, and maintainability.
- ** Fostering a vibrant engineering culture**: Embracing autonomy in decision-making, continually raising the bar, and exhibiting a relentless customer obsession in everything you do.
- ** Collaborating across functions**: Working closely with Product, Design, and other key stakeholders to shape the technical roadmap and ensure that engineering initiatives directly support our company goals.
- ** Optimizing team performance**: Implementing best practices, tools, and processes that enhance team efficiency, improve incident response, and drive overall operational excellence.
