**Your role**
- Interested in a career in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

- evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
- prepare industry analyses for pitches
- participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises
- conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials
- get involved in the execution of live deals

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Paris. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

**Your expertise**
- is graduating between 2024 and 2026
- has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

**Your program**
- Our Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of the economy and current financial market trends. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
