As part of the AXA Partners Holding Transformation Department, we are seeking a **Digital Product Owner** - Digital interactions (M/F) based in Malakoff (92). Reporting to the Global product Manager of "CPO & interactions management" you will contribute to the development and quality of two major components within the global ecosystem implemented as part of the M&H transformation program: - CPO: Core provider operations In this role, you will work directly with product manager of CPO & Go& Asssist and be responsible for analysing and formalizing business/process requirements from a functional perspective. Additionally, you will prepare support materials for monitoring and training within the CPO and Go&Assist scope. You will also closely collaborate with: - Experts in the Network domain of Business Lines M&H - Local Product Owners (LPO) Network within the countries' scope - The IT team responsible for developments - When applicable, Business Analysts and Global Product Owners from other program domains. This program responds to key needs including: - Accelerating the digitalization of Motor & Home business lines - Strengthening competitiveness (automation, organization, productivity) - Adapting to local markets - Enabling a quick response to key partner demands (business line orientation regarding products and processes) - Engaging and uniting geographies while respecting deadlines, budget, and quality. The role's dimensions include: - Strategic: Playing a key role in defining product vision, its implementation, and managing "issues" as they arise. - International: Collaborating with a multinational team and local teams from different geographical zones with an effective and agile co-construction approach.
