**Innoha recrute pour l’un de ses clients, un grand groupe international du secteur industriel, un(e)**Global Category Manager Energy & Real Estate**.**:
Ce poste stratégique couvre un périmètre de plus de 200 M€ d’achats annuels, avec une forte dimension internationale et un impact direct sur les enjeux de performance, d’optimisation et de RSE.
**Vos missions**:
Rattaché(e) à la direction des achats, vous êtes en charge de piloter les catégories **Énergie** et **Immobilier**, en apportant expertise, vision stratégique et accompagnement opérationnel:
- Définir et déployer les stratégies achats sur les périmètres Énergie & Immobilier, en lien avec les parties prenantes internes et externes ;
- Sur le périmètre France : piloter les consultations (RFP), challenger les besoins, optimiser les coûts, sécuriser les contrats et sélectionner les partenaires ;
- Travailler en lien étroit avec la direction RSE pour construire et suivre la feuille de route des catégories ;
- Suivre la performance de votre portefeuille via des indicateurs et outils de pilotage ;
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des leviers d’optimisation, notamment sur la consommation d’énergie et les projets de transition énergétique ;
- Être un appui clé aux équipes Immobilier pour les projets de construction, prestations intellectuelles ou encore d’optimisation de coûts.
**Votre profil**:
**Expérience**:
- Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en achats, dans un environnement international complexe et mature ;
- Vous avez une expertise avérée sur les catégories Énergie et Immobilier.
**Compétences techniques**:
- Maîtrise des outils Excel et Power BI ;
- Anglais courant exigé (environnement de travail international).
**Aptitudes comportementales**:
- À l’aise dans des environnements multiculturels et transverses ;
- Bon communicant, capable de vulgariser les enjeux et convaincre les interlocuteurs ;
- Autonome, proactif(ve), orienté(e) résultats et solutions ;
- Esprit d’équipe, capacité à fédérer et à travailler en réseau.
