Gallinée Microbiome Skincare is one of the latest acquisitions of the Shiseido group. A pioneer in microbiome science for the health and beauty of the skin, the brand is recruiting at a strong point in its growth, in an intrapreneurial environment.

We are an agile & international team and work closely with the founder of the brand Dr Marie Drago.

**The position**

As part of a one-year parental leave replacement (November 1st 24-December 25), you ensure product development & support of the existing catalogue for Gallinée. You are the main contact internally & externally on all NPD topics.

You report to the Head of Marketing, and share the support of an intern within the team.

**The missions**
- Develop new products and manage the existing portfolio, from conception to market launch.
- Collaborate closely with the brand's founder to align new products with her vision and the company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct market studies to identify emerging trends and innovation opportunities.
- Work in partnership with R&D, packaging, industrialisation, regulatory affairs, logistics, trade teams to ensure the commercial success of launches.
- Manage the complete product life cycle, including performance analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
- Liaise with various professions in a strong context of integrating the brand within the Shiseido group.
- Build impactful product launches, aligned with the brand and serving the markets.
- Monitor the NPD budget.

**The desired profile**
- Experience in NPD: minimum 5 years
- Curious, autonomous, rigorous profile, comfortable with change and able to work effectively in a team
- Excellent level of English & French, oral & written
- Solid knowledge of the skincare market and its trends
- A double pharmacy/marketing training is a plus
