JOB TITLE
GLOBAL PRODUCT MANAGER ASSISTANT - PREMIUM SKINCARE
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for our new Product Development Assistant to join our Marketing Development Team.
You will collaborate with the product managers involved in the full 360 product development process to analyze, imagine & develop ground-breaking skincare innovations from the concept, formula & packaging development to the online and offline activation.
Reporting to a Marketing Manager, this internship is an exclusive opportunity to learn everything about skincare products development within a fast-growing startup-like environment where creativity and agility are key.
**Your main focus**:
**TRENDS & ANALYSIS**:

- Maintaining competitor records and monthly tracking reports (qualitative and quantitative competitive intelligence)
- Running market analysis (new launches, new trends, store check,..) to feed the team’s creative intelligence

**DEVELOPMENT FOLLOW UP**:

- Participating in the briefing of internal teams (R&D formula, packaging, creative studio, support functions) and external partners (design and mock up agencies, suppliers,..), coordinating their work
- Helping in the elaboration of the concept development for the launch of new products (new ideas, trends, visuals research )
- Following operations for product development (artworks, assets production, formulas, product design, 3D visuals, point of sales material,..) ensuring right timings
- Participating in the 360 activation strategy, coordinating with other teams: purchasing, PR, go-to-market, merchandising, education

**CROSS FUNCTIONAL MISSIONS**:

- Contribute to the organization & preparation of brand meetings with top management, internal and external meetings (product management, mock ups, presentations )

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
**ESSENTIAL**:
We are looking for an intern from Business School or University programs to collaborate with global skincare development teams:

- Passionate and curious about the beauty industry
- Resourceful: action and solution-oriented profile
- Agile / adaptable
- Rigorous with strong attention to details
- Multi-tasker and responsive
- Organization skills to ensure perfect execution in due timings on different projects
- Good team player with multi-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

**DESIRABLE**:

- Already a 1st experience in marketing development, especially in skincare is a +
- International experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Luxury sensitivity
