**Responsabilités**
- Participer au pilotage du restaurant en veillant à son bon fonctionnement au quotidien (ouverture et fermeture, gestion de la caisse, contrôle marchandise )
- Assurer un service client de qualité tout en proposant un accueil personnalisé à l’ensemble des clients
- Intégrer, former et motiver les équipes en partageant les valeurs de l’entreprise
- Être garant de la propreté du restaurant et du respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité et des process de la marque
