**LOCATION**

Internship at the global headquarters in Suresnes (92).

**YOUR MISSIONS**

1/ Manage stock availability for both Commercial Operations and the Shelf Stock:

- Daily management of shortages and forecasted downgrades
- Verification, analysis, and implementation of corrective actions with various Supply Chain contacts for any inconsistencies in stock levels
- Monitoring sales for Commercial Operations versus forecasts
- Direction of customer actions: closing/extending promotional lines, implementing sales actions

2/ Manage the repacking activity of the brand portfolio:

- Management of subcontracting activity: analysis and anticipation of repackaging needs
- Management of component inventory and packaging supply
- Verification and processing of component consumption IDs
- Interaction with warehouses regarding our repacking needs

3/ Assist the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of the activity:

- Extraction and communication of weekly volumes to service providers, essential for managing their activity
- Management inter-depot transfers

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are a gap year or final year student
- You are fluent in English
- You have an internship agreement
