**The Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Paris, France. If you’re a results-driven professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for financial management, this is the perfect role for you.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial part in our financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Overseeing financial reports and ensuring their accuracy**: You will manage the P&L of 2 legal entities (Greece & Cyprus), participate to the monthly closing, prepare the financial reports (P&L, margin analysis, Opex & Capex monitoring) and deliver analyses to the management (vs. budget and vs. last year)
- **Managing budgets and forecasts**: Develop and monitor budgets to measure our financial performance
- **Analyse the financial KPIs and deliver analyses to management**: Opex per nature & destination, Capex per customers & cost centers, DSO & customer debt monitoring
- **Analyse the commercial KPIs and deliver analyses to management**: Contracts signed (order intake and backlog), cancellations, install base evolution, churn rate
- **Collaborating with departments**: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insight and guidance, fostering a culture of financial accountability across the organization
- **Participating to audits**: Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial statements
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational background**: A master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- **Professional experience**: Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar role.
- **Technical skills**: Excel expertise
- **Analytical skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
- **Communication skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and French.
