**Financial Controller - Hybrid - France**
**Aspire Software is looking for an experienced and dynamic Financial Controller to join our team in France**
Aspire Software is hiring for a Financial Controller to join our growing finance team and play a mission-critical role in helping to shape and develop the finance function in France. The Financial Controller will be responsible for driving all financial activities within these two subsidiary companies.

**What Your Day Will Look Like**:
- Perform financial period close tasks and complex journal entries/accounting analysis
- Perform Balance Sheet analysis and reviews, including reconciliations of accounts (including review of the reconciliations done by the junior accountants)
- Preparing financial KPIs and reviewing for accuracy
- Participate in the completion of audit engagements and compliance requirements
- Prepare ad-hoc performance analysis and management reporting
- Assist in financial integration for new acquisitions
- Perform variance analysis of actual results vs. financial plans (budgets and forecasts)
- Participate in special projects
- Fully responsible for AR/AP/Month End
**About You**:
- **Fluent in French, both written and verbal, is essential**:
- ** CCAB-qualified accountant with at least 4+ years post qualification experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is desirable
- Perform financial period close tasks and complex journal entries/accounting analysis

- Preparing financial KPIs and reviewing for accuracy
- Participate in the completion of audit engagements and compliance requirements

- Perform variance analysis of actual results vs. financial plans (budgets and forecasts)
- Participate in special projects
