Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Product team to grow 3 core products - which are security features - both in terms of functionality and revenue.
Your mission will be to build the roadmap, run discovery, define functional requirements in order to measure the impact of features across three products

You will be part of a team of 6 people.
Our Product team is organized into tribes, each in charge of a strategic product vertical. Within the Core tribe, the Secret Services team builds products that are essential to our customers' security and compliance workflows. These products include:
- Secret Manager: helping users manage and secure their secrets (e.g., passwords, tokens)
- Key Manager: enabling secure management of encryption keys, powering data protection across the Scaleway ecosystem
- Audit Trail: providing visibility into user actions for compliance and traceability
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead this set of products and help define the future of security services at Scaleway.

**YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As Product Manager, you will own the roadmap and growth of Secret Services. Your role will include:
- Defining and evolving the product strategy and vision across three security-oriented services
- Conducting product discovery to ensure new features are solving real customer problems
- Working closely with your squad (Engineering, Design, DevTools, Documentation, and Marketing) to deliver impactful features
- Prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Measuring the outcomes of what you ship, using both quantitative and qualitative data
- Collaborating with teams across Scaleway (Security, Support, Compliance) to deliver end-to-end value
- Playing an active role in the Core Product tribe and contributing to collective rituals
You will report to Diane Sempéré, Head of Core Product, and work closely with the Engineering Manager and Tech Lead of the Secret Services team.
**ABOUT YOU**:
HARDSKILLS:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B or technical products
- Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, Tableau)
- KPI’s oriented to measure features impact
- Technical literacy (knowledge of Go or Python is a plus)
- Experience with cloud platforms or infrastructure providers is appreciated
- French and english speaking

- Proactive interactions with related teams (Product & Engineering)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and open-minded, with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple products and timelines at once
- Genuine curiosity for security-related topics (encryption, access control, auditability)
