**Main responsibilities**:

- Support the CoE Omnichannel Marketing Sr Director to achieve the strategic goals of MarCom CoE by leading efforts on execution excellence
- Set the strategy and lead MarCom CoE delivery center ensuring seamless and outstanding execution along the omnichannel journey
- Coordinate the program management of the Delivery Center, monitoring progress on campaign execution against plan, mitigating potential risks and resolving any critical conflict that may arise
- Manage delivery center team members, providing support and mentoring direct reports as needed, and is responsible to anticipate and manage hiring / upskilling needs.
- Align with the CoE Omnichannel Marketing Sr Director and Omnichannel Marketing Activation Senior Manager to validate operational feasibility of campaign plan proposed by BU leads, including capability requirements and resource availability
- Own relationships with relevant external agencies and outsourcing partners by negotiating favorable terms, measuring the performance of external parties to seek for continuous improvement and optimization

**Preferred profile**:

- Master's degree in Digital Technologies
- + 10 years experience in digital marketing in an international and multicultural environment
- Proven experience in team management
- Consolidated expertise and knowledge of end-to-end omnichannel marketing capabilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of leading operational teams (including managers)
- Proficient in English
- Demonstrated ability to lead business transformation, drive process efficiency and ensure high-quality of delivery / execution
- Ability to manage relationships with senior collaborators within and outside the MarCom team, including the Senior Director of MarCom CoE, Leads, and BU leaders.
- Advanced negotiation and project management skills to balance the interests of multiple internal and external collaborators, including business units, Omnichannel marketing activation team, agencies, and other vendors
- Have the ability to answer strategic tech-related questions and know how to bring to bear new technologies to meet business needs and drive excellent delivery. For example, using AI to improve omnichannel campaign execution.
