The Interventional & Invasive (IS) Productivity Leader is responsible for owning and coordinating the overall program portfolio aimed at delivering on key financial targets, including **P**&**L costs, Cost to Serve, and Variable Costs**, in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan.

This role includes both **strategic ownership** and **hands-on execution** of productivity projects. It involves:

- ** Tracking, reporting, and monitoring** progress across all initiatives.
- ** Enabling cross-functional coordination** among project owners across all productivity levers: Factory, Design, Logistics, Net Deflation, Services, Warranty.

The IS Productivity Leader ensures that:

- The **execution rate** of projects is on track.
- The **project funnel pipeline** is robust enough to deliver the required productivity **year after year**.

**_ Roles & Responsibilities:_**

The IS Productivity Leader will be responsible for leading the IS wide efforts to increase our margin attain VCP including:

- Driving P&L Costs, CTS & VCP projects.
- Developing a structured and dynamic variable cost productivity (VCP) strategy for IS including setting targets and developing a detailed plan for all elements of variable cost productivity
- Ensuring execution of defined projects and identification of continuous idea and innovation funnel via standard work, structured daily management, and MOR cadence
- Managing proper resource requirements so that proper staffing alignment in place to execute projects across the various teams
- Establishing the financial framework to ensure a direct tie to annual budget and planning and execution so that all projects meet criteria for productivity savings and classified as such
- Providing analytics and tracking of execution and savings, including tools, and appropriate execution updates within the productivity teams, across functions, and to leadership
- Leading a team indirectly of project managers, setting their priorities, goals & objectives, and helping to problem solve
- Using LEAN to problem solve gaps to target and drive to root cause actions and permanent countermeasures with the appropriate process control and leading indicators required to maintain impact

**_ Required Qualifications:_**
- BA/BS in a relevant discipline such as business, engineering, operations
- 10+ years experience driving global programs and cross-functional projects
- Minimum of 3-5 years data analysis experience

**_ Desired Characteristics: _**
- MBA or master's degree in a technical discipline such as finance, engineering or operations
- Deep understanding of more than one critical aspect of GE Healthcare Imaging operations: commercial, engineering, product design, fulfillment, operations
- Strong LEAN operating skills, business acumen, and knowledge of financials
- Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise
- Experience in operations, finance, engineering or supply chain, in a global organization
- Expertise in cost productivity, inventory management including planning, analytics and execution, and product cost contributors in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and quality
- Demonstrated leadership in solving complex cross-functional business problems and deliver clear results that impact business growth, profitability or operational excellence
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate with employee and leadership at all levels
