**About us**: EC International Group specialize in producing prototype parts and low-volume production in both plastic and metal materials. With our in-house production facility, we maintain strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality parts to our clients.

**Role Overview**: EC International Group is on the lookout for a dynamic VIE to lead communication projects, events, and marketing efforts in the Chinese market. Based in Dongguan, you'll report to the Head of Global Marketing & Communication and take on the role of Event & Marketing Coordinator.

As part of our Chinese Team, you'll handle a range of marketing tasks, from organizing events to creating compelling content for different platforms. You’ll become our local expert on the Chinese market. Get ready to dive into dynamic projects and make a real impact

**Responsibilities**:
**Event Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and execute various events, including workshops, seminars
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, equipment, and guest management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Anticipate with Mr. Yang the 15th anniversary of the company and propose a Team Building day to celebrate the anniversary of EC International Group.

**Marketing Campaigns**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our international experiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results.

**Content Creation**:

- Generate creative and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and visual assets, to showcase our initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce multimedia content for marketing campaigns.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance, including maintaining databases, managing inquiries, and preparing reports.
- Assist in other tasks and projects as needed to support the organization's goals.

**Experience and Education**:You will possess a degree level qualification in Marketing or Business.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing, Event management role or related fields is preferred.

Experience of using a wide range of ICT skills, including MS Office, Canva, Brevo (Newsletter). Adobe will be an advantage.

Passion for cultural exchange, international affairs.

French & English are mandatory - C1 / C2

Proficiency in Chinese would be beneficial.

**Organizational Skills**:The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously is crucial. Your excellent organizational skills will ensure projects stay on track with a strong team spirit.

**Communication Skills**:Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital, as you’ll collaborate with team members and communicate our brand message effectively.

**Digital Marketing Skills**:Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a must. You should understand how to leverage these channels for brand promotion and customer engagement.

**Analytical Skills**:You will need to be able to present and interpret marketing data and provide insights to optimize campaign performance.

**Creativity**:With a creative flair and commercial acumen, you adopt a proactive problem-solving approach, demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills crucial for developing compelling content that resonates with our audience.
