**About**:
- At Phagos we are on a mission to build a cleaner, more sustainable future by using bacteria’s natural predator, the bacteriophage, to combat antibiotic resistance and transform how we treat infectious diseases in animal farming.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Perform routine microbiological tests with precision and efficiency- Culture bacteria, isolate and characterize phages- Collaborate with scientists to design and execute phage-based strategies targeting key pathogens- Follow and help refine protocols, ensuring accuracy, safety, and reproducibility- Support the development, scale-up, and validation of innovative lab processes- Keep meticulous records and analyze experimental data
**Preferred Experience**:
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Hands-on experience with microbiology techniques- Ability and willingness to work within a fast-paced, adaptive, collaborative environment- Knowledge/experience in phage biology is a plus- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Organized, self-motivated, and ready to learn
- Minimum B2 English level (written & spoken)
