The real estate and general services analyst will assist the Global Head of Real Estate and General Services in the execution of the Real Estate roadmap, including, lease acquisitions and implementation of new ways of working.
- Support the production of cash flows, analysis, and documentation in case of real estate projects (lease acquisition, lease surrenders, new fit-out, etc.) for Comex
- Support the analysis and production of documentation for high-level transversal projects
- Be responsible for the real estate database: maintenance, data, analysis
- Participate to RFP processes for service providers selection
- Be a point of contact for account managers at main brokers
- Follow projects execution in SCOR offices globally
- Follow budget of the department
- You are currently enrolled in one of the Top French Schools in Project Management (École des Grands Projets) such as ESTP; or Business School (HEC, ESSEC, EDHEC, etc.).
- Advanced **Excel **and **PowerPoint **skills
- Good written and oral communication skills in **French **and **English**
