A European real estate investment firm is seeking to recruit a bilingual French/English Analyst to support its Investment team.The FirmThe firm is an established investor specialising in real estate across Europe, with a strong presence in key Western European markets.The team has a proven track record of delivering strong risk-adjusted returns through active investment and asset management strategies.Primary ResponsibilitiesAnalysing, underwriting, and supporting the structuring of real estate investment transactions.Leading financial modelling and research, while supporting the coordination of due diligence processes.Working closely with senior leadership on the execution of the firm's investment strategy and European pipeline.Supporting post-transaction investment management, including asset management initiatives, financing activities, and investment/divestment decisions.Collaborating with external advisors, JV partners, operating partners, and property managers to execute business plans.Background & ExperienceInitial professional experience in real estate investment or acquisitions.Strong financial modelling, analytical, and research skills.Excellent academic background from a leading internationally recognised university.Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage.Strong IT literacy.Personal AttributesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a small, high-performing, and growing team.Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy within a collaborative environment.Demonstrates entrepreneurial potential, strong business acumen, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt.Effective in coordinating and managing external stakeholders, fostering a strong team ethic.A committed team player with a professional mindset and genuine passion for real estate.Strong sense of business ethics and integrity.
