**The Opportunity**

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives of the pillar.
- Analyse market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer behaviour to inform strategic initiatives.
- Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of strategy professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies across various business units and functions.
- Innovation:

- Lead and manage innovation initiatives, particularly around data, AI and ML that will benefit Worldline and its customers.
- Collaborate within the innovation community within Worldline to share ideas and implement beneficial initiatives.
- Lead and manage the strategy team to develop new and disruptive commercial models for our products and service that are better aligned to customer value and benefits.
- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate strategic vision and direction effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Performance Management:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and ensure timely reporting on progress.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Project Management:

- Oversee multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets for strategy-related projects.**Who Are We Looking For**
