Senior Business Director

We are looking for a Senior Business Director to ensure the growth and business development in Europe and internationally for one of our client, promoting their areas of expertise (clinical, GMP...).
Lead a dynamic and growing team of experts within a well-established and international CRO.
**Your mission**:
- You are responsible for the international business development strategy for all services offered by the company.
- You look for new business leads in order to develop the order portfolio and win new contracts; you transform your leads into offers for your existing customers but also for different prospects.
- You actively work on the implementation and improvement of the commercial strategy.
- You manage the entire team of Business Developers: organization, setting objectives, development and training of talents...
- You will ensure the achievement of objectives and oversee existing and new business relationships with business developers and key account managers.
- You will work closely with the company's scientific and operational teams.
**Your profile**:
- Scientific background (Master's degree, university diploma...) required; a double background in business or MBA would be an asset.
- At least 10 years of experience as a business development director in a CRO or service company in the pharmaceutical / GMP / GCL field.
- Strong leadership; used to managing teams of up to 5 persons.
- Fluency in English is required; French and/or German are a plus.
- A lot of travel to be expected
