Our Team at Cergy and Beynost is recruiting a Field Service Technician HT/BT. From rapid intervention to performance improvement, operational efficiency and lifecycle management, services represent one of our fastest growing areas. You will provide technical assistance on customer site, in particular on the product offer for medium and low voltage electrical distribution within the Electrification entity in France. The Field Service Technician HTA/BT H/F is placed under the authority of the Service Team Leader.

Field Service Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Installation, commissioning and preventive & curative maintenance of the electrification division's products according to factory recommendations and in accordance with the requirements of the customer contract.
- Intervene as a manager of the works with or without the support of subcontractors in compliance with the procedures and safety rules in force (risk analysis, prevention plan, work authorization, wearing PPE, Take5).
- To be the technical referent of the medium and low voltage electrical distribution offer (HTA/BT switchboards, circuit breakers & HTA/LV contactors, digital protection relays) in particular in the context of telephone troubleshooting, repair,
- replacement and/or extension of older generation equipment.
- Carry out technical expertise services in the form of training, written report, telephone support and/or on-site intervention (potentially on-call).
- Be a force of proposal to the end customer in order to recommend additional services during your interventions (spare parts, periodic maintenance contract, replacement of obsolete equipment, product training).

**Your background**:
- At least a Bac +2 with a specialization in electrical engineering / electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HTA/BT project manager.
- Experience as a site manager with a supervision of a team of 2-5 technicians.
- Good knowledge and practical experience in the industrial field, servicing, maintenance, commissioning.
- Technical English and French required.
- Availability to make trips (up to 80% of your time) in France, and more punctually abroad.
- Collaborative solution-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
- Strong sensitivity to compliance with the rules on Hygiene, Health and Safety: The HSE is everyone's business.
